Access & Stormwater Permitting
Experience identifying site and driveway constraints, preparing coordinated drainage information, and navigating access, stormwater, EPSC, agency-review, and comment-resolution requirements.
Grading, Drainage & Constructability
Senior design and review experience coordinating site grades, earthwork, drainage, erosion prevention, utilities, estimates, and practical construction considerations.
Pavement & Sign Decisions
Pavement-program, plan-review, quality-assurance, prioritization, scheduling, and multidisciplinary experience applied to condition assessment and inventory services.
